100
% coton
>>> Cotton is a natural vegetable fiber from the hairs surrounding the
seeds on the cotton plant. It’s known for its comfort, aspect and is easy
to spin. Cotton, in general, is very elastic. It can withstand high temperatures,
has high washability and very absorbant.
In order to profit from cotton’s comfort, it’s blended with the synthetic
fiber polyester which is very resistant and self smoothing out to obtain a soft
and resistant fabric.
Cotonpoly
>>> Cotton 60% / polyester 40%
Mixture with a majority of cotton in order to obtain a soft and solid fabric
which replies to the French requirements for work wear. ‘Warmer’ in
winter and good sweat absorption in Summer.
Polycoton
>>> Polyester 65% / Coton 35%
Mixture with a majority of polyester in order to obtain a cheaper fabric with
easy care although keeping the softness of the cotton. Is not recommended for
working places where splashes of melted metal could occur.
Beavers
>>> Two faced cotton/polester fabric, glossed heavy fabric, scraped
on back. Benefit: snow slips on surface, consequently cloths remain dry for a
long time, cold resistant and wind-cheater effect. Very resistant in usage and
easy to wash it remains long time bright and well coloured.
Thinsulate™
>>> The concept that makes Thinsulate insulation so effective is actually
simple. All insulations work by trapping air among their fibers. The more air
trapped, the more efficient the insulation. More fibers in less space provide
more surface area on which air layers can form. Thinsulate™ Insulation
has microfibers with a diameter of less than 10 microns, which are about 10 times
smaller than a human hair and trap more air in less space than any other insulation
material used in the apparel industry. Our sailor cap is lined with 40 g/m2 Thinsulate™ Insulation
which is recommended for cool conditions or for high activity levels where wearer
generates/builds a lot of body heat through activity. Our big cold garments FREEZER
are lined with 2 layers of 100 g/m2 Thinsulate™ Insulation which is recommended
for very cold conditions or for light activity levels where wearer generates/builds
little body heat through activity. |

Polaire
>>> For its assets of lightness, softness and especially warmth, we
have chosen to create coverheads made in fleece fabrics in 100% polyester. It
does not lose its shape, it is odourless and offers a good resistance in use.
Coutures étanchées et soudées
>>> Seamed and welded sewings
Our rainwears are made with a waterproof fabric offers a total impermeability.
The sewings have been thermowelded, it’s to say « stitched » together
with heat in order to ensure a perfect water and wind tightness for the whole
garment. This operation confers also a very neat finish.
Polyuréthane
>>> Polyurethane (PU) : Gives a soft comfort which cannot be egal to
any other waterproof material. The polyurethane or PU is alveolar insulator which,
to lower thickness, brings a heat insulation equal to other insulators.
Polyamide souple
>>> Soft polyamide : Light and smooth fabric with PVC coating on the
backside.
PVC
>>> Classic fabric for rainwear. The supporting fibers (cotton/polyester)
are entirely coated with 2 PVC layers.
CoolDry®
>>> A innovative fabric: Cool and Dry, breathable, light and easy care.
With CoolDry® , you won’t worry about sweatiness any more when enjoying
yourself. Combining the softness of cotton and dry touch of polyester, CoolDry® will
keep you fresh and cool all the time. CoolDry® can make it rapidly absorb
sweat and moisture from skin surface, transport to fabric surface, and then evaporate.
At the same time, due to its profiled fiber cross section and loose yarn structure,
the air permeability of CoolDry® largely increased with no feel of mugginess
any more. It can always keep the dry and cool condition between textile product
and skin so as to reach its goal of quick moisture-absorbing, sweat-venting and
elated feel of comfort. |
